Lillibolero

Lillibolero specializes in IT consulting, cloud consulting, web, mobile, and desktop software development solutions. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Web Development. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Lillibolero is based in Cottage Grove, Oregon. More on lillibolero.com.
