Lightcraft Technology

Lightcraft Technology provides VFX and animation software for the entertainment industry. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Animation. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Lightcraft Technology is based in Los Angeles, California. You can read more at lightcrafttech.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Lightcraft Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
