LiftOff

LiftOff LLC offers IT solutions like Microsoft 365 licensing, data migration, and technical training. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and IT Management. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

LiftOff is based in Crofton, Maryland. You can read more at liftoffonline.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know LiftOff well, your review carries weight here.
