Liftians

Liftians democratizes robotic automation for the e-commerce, logistics and manufacturing industries. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, Robotics, Service Industry and Supply Chain Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Liftians is based in Sunnyvale, California and around since 2016. You can read more at liftians.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
