Overview
Librex is a mobile app development company. Librax is a mobile application that hosts an anonymous discussion feed for college students. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.
The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
Librex is based in De Lancey, Pennsylvania. You can read more at librexapp.com.
