Lexalytics

Lexalytics' text analysis platforms process billions of unstructured data pieces, translating thoughts & feelings into profitable decisions. The job it does: scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

The natural audience is social and community managers. They also list Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Business Intelligence, Ediscovery and Machine Learning, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Lexalytics is based in Amherst, Massachusetts. Their site is lexalytics.com.

Before you commit, look at which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
