Lecron

Lecron is an engineering firm that specializes in integrated and custom project solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware, Industrial and Industrial Automation. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Lecron is based in Secaucus, New Jersey. More on lecron.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Lecron, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
