LebNet

LebNet is a non-profit firm focusing on education, mentoring, and internships promoting career advice and feedback on business plans. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

LebNet is based in San Mateo, California and founded in 1999. More on lebnet.us.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with LebNet, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
