LeapFrog Systems

LeapFrog Systems is an information technology company specializing in software development and project management services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Robotics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

LeapFrog Systems is based in Boston, Massachusetts. More on leapfrogsystems.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with LeapFrog Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
