Leantime

Leantime is an open source project management system for non-project managers using behavioral science and AI to make work engaging. The job it does: planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

Who is it for? Mostly teams of any size with deadlines. Related areas on their profile: Business Development, Neuroscience, Open Source and Project Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Leantime is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and around since 2022. More on leantime.io.

Before you commit, look at views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
