LD3 Technology

LD3 Technology is an IT firm that specializes in cloud computing, VoIP, virtualization, cabling, data backup, and recovery services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Virtualization. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

LD3 Technology is based in San Antonio, Texas and around since 2011. Their site is ld3tech.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
