Layer Eight Technology

Layer Eight Technology is a Information Technology company. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Layer Eight Technology is based in Chicago, Illinois. You can read more at layereight.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Layer Eight Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
