Launchsmith

Launchsmith offers consulting services for strategic product launches, focusing on preparation and disciplined processes. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Development and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Launchsmith is based in Dublin, Ohio. You can read more at launchsmith.com.
