Launch27

Launch27 is a custom software development company. Powerful online booking & appointment scheduling software for service businesses. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Launch27 is based in Fairfax, Virginia and around since 2013. Their site is launch27.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Launch27? Rate it.
