Lapis Matrix

Lapis Matrix Inc. is a consulting firm specializing in software and business development. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Lapis Matrix is based in Lake Forest, California. You can read more at lapismatrix.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Lapis Matrix, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
