LangeTech

LangeTech is an information technology company that provides consulting, programming, and engineering services for the automation industry. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Industrial Automation and IT Management. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

LangeTech is based in Chesterfield, Missouri. You can read more at langetech.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know LangeTech well, your review carries weight here.
