Landmark Property Services

Landmark Property Service is a condo and apartment management company. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Accounting, Property Management, Real Estate and Solar. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Landmark Property Services is based in Richmond, Virginia. Their site is landmark-property.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Landmark Property Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
