Lakeland Internet

Lakeland Internet is a wireless internet service provider company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services and Internet of Things, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Lakeland Internet is based in Angola, Indiana and founded in 2016. You can read more at lakelandinternet.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Lakeland Internet well, your review carries weight here.
