Lakarya

Lakarya is an IT company that offers software development, IT, onsite & offshore consulting, and recruitment process outsourcing services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Lakarya is based in Sterling, Virginia. You can read more at lakarya.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
