LabStats

LabStats is a tool that monitors and reports on computer lab usage for higher education. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

LabStats is based in Idaho Falls, Idaho. More on labstats.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used LabStats? Rate it.
