Labrador Systems

Labrador is a robotics company building a new generation of assistive robots to improve the quality of life for millions of people. In practice that means building AI products and features, often for other companies.

The natural audience is companies adding AI to a product. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Product Design and Robotics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Labrador Systems is based in Oak Park, California. You can read more at labradorsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: track record, data handling, and who owns the models. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
