Kraft Enterprises

Kraft Enterprise Systems, They provide full life cycle services for business software implementations. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kraft Enterprises is based in Brentwood, Tennessee and founded in 1996. Their site is kraftenterprise.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
