Koriist

Here is Koriist in plain terms. We focus on connecting disparate communications networks with a revolutionary software defined multi-protocol data+network router overlay. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Koriist is based in San Diego, California. Their site is koriist.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Koriist well, your review carries weight here.
