Kopp Company

Kopp Co. is a consulting firm offering services in Human Capital, Enterprise Performance, Media & Entertainment, and Publishing. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Human Resources and Publishing. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kopp Company is based in Madison, Alabama. More on kopp-company.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Kopp Company, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
