KOPIS MOBILE

Kopis Mobile designs and manufactures networked, app-enabled equipment for the military, law enforcement, and security markets. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

KOPIS MOBILE is based in Flowood, Mississippi. More on kopismobile.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with KOPIS MOBILE, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
