Kony

Kony is a mobile application development platform provider enabling companies to deliver innovative mobile solutions. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Android, E-Commerce, iOS, Mobile and Mobile Apps. They are a large team, 1,001 to 5,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Kony is based in Austin, Texas and around since 2007. More on kony.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
