Konviere Corporation

Konviere is a global business and technology services company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Konviere Corporation is based in Kansas City, Missouri and around since 2011. Their site is konviere.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Konviere Corporation, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
