Kolla Soft Inc

Kolla Soft Inc is a computer software company that provides IT consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Legal and Robotics. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kolla Soft Inc is based in Middlesex, New Jersey and founded in 2007. Their site is kollasoft.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
