Kognos is a cloud-based detection and investigation platform that detects, investigates, and responds to attack campaigns. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cyber Security, Network Security and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set.
