Koddu

Koddu is an information technology company that offers data management and analytics services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics and Data Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Koddu is based in Seattle, Washington. You can read more at koddu.co.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Koddu, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
