Kodai Flow Reseach

Kodai Flow Research Llc. offers consulting and software for data connectivity and management. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Test and Measurement. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kodai Flow Reseach is based in Methuen, Massachusetts. You can read more at kodaiflow.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Kodai Flow Reseach, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
