KoBoToolbox

KoBoToolbox is a suite of tools for field data collection for use in challenging environments. Our software is free and open source. In practice that means making developers faster with better editors, debuggers and workflows.

The natural audience is software teams. They also list Data Collection and Labeling, Developer Tools and Open Source, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
