KNEX Technology

Knex Technology is an IT company that provides technical consulting, oracle cloud applications implementation, training, and SaaS services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

KNEX Technology is based in Irvine, California and founded in 2013. More on knextech.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
