Knetik

Knetik is an maturing technology company providing back-end platform, analytics, and productization. In practice that means running multi-step campaigns that react to what people do.

The natural audience is marketing teams with more than one channel. They also list Analytics, Business Intelligence, Marketing Automation and Predictive Analytics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Knetik is based in Altamonte Springs, Florida. You can read more at knetik.com.

Our checklist for this category: CRM integration, lead scoring, and how fast the learning curve is. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Knetik, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
