KL Software Labs

KL Software Labs offers custom software solutions using AI and machine learning for various industries. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. They also list IT Infrastructure, Mobile Apps, Outsourcing, UX Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

KL Software Labs is based in Plantation, Florida. Their site is klsoftwarelabs.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with KL Software Labs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
