Kitewire

KITEWIRE Inc. We provide innovative software design and engineering services for the desktop, web and all mobile devices. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Android, iOS, Mobile and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Kitewire is based in Arlington, Virginia. Their site is kitewire.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Kitewire, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
