Kinetic Multimedia Systems

Kinetic Multimedia Systems is a woman-owned small business that was founded in 1994 by Jaya Milam and Bill Milam. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kinetic Multimedia Systems is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and founded in 2004. You can read more at kineticmultimedia.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
