Kindertales

Kindertales provides childcare management software for your preschool or childcare center. In practice that means accepting cards, bank transfers and wallets online or in person.

Who is it for? Mostly any business that takes money. They also list Child Care, Education, Payments and Primary Education, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kindertales is based in Mclean, Virginia and founded in 2015. Their site is kindertales.com.

Before you commit, look at rates, payout timing, chargeback handling, and developer tools. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Kindertales, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
