Kidder Systems

Kidder Systems offers IT and industrial solutions, including hardware maintenance and data center services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Data Center and Hardware. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kidder Systems is based in Eagan, Minnesota. More on kiddersystems.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Kidder Systems well, your review carries weight here.
