Khonvo

Khonvo is a team of tech enabled recruiters who do their best to keep their focus on the human elements of recruitment. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

Who is it for? Mostly recruiters and hiring managers. Alongside the main category they mention Recruiting. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Khonvo is based in San Francisco, California. Their site is khonvo.com.

Our checklist for this category: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
