Key Software Systems

Key Software Systems provides delivery management software. In practice that means planning and tracking goods from supplier to customer.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and distributors. Alongside the main category they mention Logistics. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Key Software Systems is based in Farmingdale, New Jersey. More on keysoftwaresystems.com.

Things worth asking about: supplier portals, forecasting, and ERP integration. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Key Software Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
