kenxus

kenxus offers an online portal for web video viewers to establish a non-disruptive connection. The job it does: scheduling posts, replying to comments and reporting across networks.

Who is it for? Mostly social and community managers. Related areas on their profile: Advertising, E-Commerce, Social Media Marketing and Video. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

kenxus is based in Austin, Texas and around since 2012. Their site is kenxus.com.

Before you commit, look at which networks are supported and whether approvals are built in. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
