Kennect by TalentWise

Kennect offers on-demand background screening solutions for small businesses, household employers, and the sharing economy. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. Related areas on their profile: Human Resources, Security and Small and Medium Businesses. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Kennect by TalentWise is based in Bothell, Washington and around since 2014. You can read more at kennect.com.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
