Kelley Computing

Kelley Computing offers IT services and software for Apple OS and Mac devices in Portland. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and IT Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kelley Computing is based in Fairview, Oregon. You can read more at kelleycomputing.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Kelley Computing, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
