Kapture

Kapture is a mobile app that connects businesses with consumers by offering perks for taking and sharing photos. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Mobile and Photo Sharing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kapture is based in Brooklyn, New York and founded in 2012. You can read more at kaptu.re.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Kapture, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
