Kanav Systems

Kanav Systems is an IT firm that specializes in web development, app development, cloud services, testing, recruitment services, and more. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services, Recruiting and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kanav Systems is based in Princeton, New Jersey. You can read more at kanavsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Kanav Systems, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
