Kaloop

Kaloop is a software platform that designs workflow collaboration, coordinates tasks, and shares updates. In practice that means building staff schedules and letting people swap shifts without chaos.

The natural audience is retail, hospitality and healthcare teams. Related areas on their profile: Business Information Systems, Consulting and Scheduling. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Kaloop is based in Sarasota, Florida. You can read more at kaloop.com.

Things worth asking about: labor rules, mobile apps, and time clock features. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Kaloop, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
