Kain Labs

Kain Labs provides technology solutions, software and web development services to mid-sized businesses. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Information Services and Software Engineering. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Kain Labs is based in Tampa, Florida. More on kainlabs.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Kain Labs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
