JotNot

JotNot provides software that cleans and enhances pictures of whiteboards and printed materials. The job it does: writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

It makes the most sense for teams that produce a lot of documents. Alongside the main category they mention Android, Document Management, EBooks, iOS and Mobile. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

JotNot is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. You can read more at jotnot.com.

Before you commit, look at offline access, permissions, and export formats. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with JotNot, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
