Jobs for Humanity

Jobs for Humanity links underrepresented job seekers with employers through a software platform supporting inclusive hiring. The job it does: keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

The natural audience is HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources, Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Jobs for Humanity is based in Aventura, Florida. More on jobsforhumanity.com.
